This website has been created to provide a public forum for other Land Rover customers who have been treated atrociously following the purchase of their Land Rover vehicle to make their concerns known, in the hope that Land Rover will finally take notice and take action to improve their customer service. With premium prices and vehicles that sell in a luxury market, there is absolutely no excuse for post-purchase service to involve omitting promised extras, rudeness from staff, failure to provide proper documentation in a timely manner, and a total lack of interest in resolving complaints at both a local and corporate level.
